Wax Motif

An Australian-born, Los Angeles-based DJ and producer, Wax Motif is a central figure in the bass house and G-house movements. He runs the imprint Divided Souls Records, which launched in 2019 with a title-track collaboration featuring Diddy. His sound blends heavy low-end basslines with hip-hop, R&B, and UK bass influences, as showcased on his 2022 debut album, *House of Wax*. On set79, his high-energy club sets span house, tech house, and rap-infused electronic styles.
